These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of services from Orosfort Private Limited ("we", "us", "GeoCited"), operating geocited.io. By placing an order you agree to these Terms in full.

1. The Service

GeoCited provides the GEO Audit + Action Checklist — a one-time bespoke service that tests 15 buyer-intent queries in your category across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude, and delivers:

  • A citation map showing where your brand appears and does not appear
  • A competitor breakdown showing which brands are cited in your place
  • A prioritised action checklist to improve your AI search visibility

Delivery is within 48 hours of payment clearing and your completed intake form being received.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. This service is intended for businesses and professionals, not consumers purchasing for personal use.

3. Payment

The GEO Audit + Action Checklist is priced at USD $200, payable in full at the time of order. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By making a payment you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service: stripe.com/legal.

Prices are stated in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver your completed audit report within 48 hours of both payment clearing and your intake form being received. Delivery times may extend to 72 hours during periods of high demand or if we require clarification on your submission. We will notify you by email if delivery is delayed beyond 72 hours.

Deliverables are sent to the email address provided in your intake form. You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address.

5. Refund Policy

Before work commences: If you request a refund within 24 hours of payment and your audit has not yet started, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed by Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

After work commences: Because the GEO Audit + Action Checklist is a bespoke digital deliverable produced specifically for your business, no refund is available once work has commenced.

Disputes and incomplete delivery: If you believe your deliverable is materially incomplete or was not delivered, contact us at hello@geocited.io within 7 days of your stated delivery date. We will investigate and, where appropriate, re-deliver or provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.

To request a refund, email hello@geocited.io with your name, order reference, and reason for the request.

6. Intellectual Property

The methodology, frameworks, scoring systems, and proprietary processes used to conduct the audit are owned by Orosfort Private Limited. You receive full ownership of your specific audit report and checklist and may use it for any internal or external business purpose. You may not resell or redistribute the report as a standalone product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all business information you share — including product descriptions, buyer profiles, and competitor data — as confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties except as strictly necessary to perform the service or as required by law.

8. No Guarantee of Results

AI search visibility is determined entirely by third-party platforms (OpenAI, Perplexity AI, Google, Anthropic) that update their models, training data, and retrieval logic continuously and without notice. The audit reflects those platforms' outputs at the specific moment of testing. We make no guarantee that:

  • Results will be the same if queries are re-run at a later date
  • Implementing the action checklist will improve citation frequency or AI-driven traffic
  • Any specific business outcome (leads, revenue, visibility) will result from the service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orosfort Private Limited's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service (USD $200). We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misrepresent your business or intentions in the intake form; use our service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to use audit insights to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or anti-competitive conduct.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable US federal or state consumer protection law where those rights cannot lawfully be waived by contract. If you are a US-based customer with a billing dispute, you also retain any rights you may have under Stripe's dispute resolution process.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
