The Glass Box Standard.
AI visibility is new and measurement isn't standardized. So we built our process around one principle: everything we report should be verifiable by the client, without asking us.
How we work.
- 1.
Reproducible numbers.
Every metric we report comes from a listed set of prompts. You get the full list at onboarding. Run them yourself, any time, and compare.
- 2.
Logged actions.
Every asset shipped and every source placed goes into a timestamped log you can see. You always know what you paid for this month.
- 3.
Named competitors.
Share of Answer means nothing in a vacuum. Your numbers are benchmarked against the competitors you actually lose deals to, by name, in every report.
- 4.
Guarantees with teeth.
Every guarantee we make specifies the metric, the deadline, and the consequence. If tracked Share of Answer hasn't moved by day 60, month three is free. Cancel in the first 30 days and keep everything built. These terms are in the engagement agreement, not just on this page.
- 5.
We decline work.
Before any engagement, we run a pre-check. If the scan shows no gap worth paying to close, we say so and decline. That's what keeps the Blindspot Guarantee safe.
What this looks like month to month.
Weekly scans across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, from your prompt list. A live Share of Answer number against named competitors. A running action log. A monthly 30-minute review of what moved, what we did, and what's next.
No screenshots without prompts. No results without a baseline. No claims you can't check.
Fair questions.
Because AI visibility is easy to fake with screenshots and hard to verify without structure. Writing the process down keeps us honest and tells you exactly what to expect month to month.
