Cookie Policy

Effective July 19, 2026

What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device that let a website remember information between visits. We also use similar technologies like local storage for the same purpose.

The cookies we use

Strictly necessary: a small local-storage entry that remembers your cookie consent choice, so we don't show the banner on every visit. This is set regardless of your choice, because it's what stores the choice itself.

Analytics (consent-gated): Google Analytics (GA4) sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to measure aggregate site traffic — pages viewed, referring source, and general location. Microsoft Clarity sets its own cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) to record session behavior — clicks, scrolling, and heatmaps — for improving the site. Neither loads until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, and each processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Functional (third-party): if you use the booking widget on our /book page, Cal.com may set its own session cookies to run the scheduling calendar. These are controlled by Cal.com's own cookie and privacy policies.

Managing your cookie choices

You can change your analytics cookie choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer, which reopens the consent banner.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause the consent banner to reappear on every visit; blocking analytics cookies has no effect on core site functionality.
