Acceptance of terms

By using geocited.io or engaging GeoCited's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Our services

GeoCited provides Generative Engine Optimization services, currently offered as the Citation Gap Report (a one-time AI visibility audit, detailed on /citation-gap-report) and the Default Program (a monthly retainer, detailed on /program). Current pricing for both is published at /pricing.

Specific deliverables, guarantees (including the Blindspot Guarantee, the Movement Clause, and the Day-30 Kill Switch referenced on our service pages), and scope for a given engagement are set out in the order form or agreement signed at the start of that engagement, which takes precedence over the general marketing descriptions on this site if the two conflict.

Payment

Fees are billed as described at the time of purchase — one-time for the Citation Gap Report, and monthly in advance for the Default Program. Published pricing may change for new engagements; it does not change the price of an engagement already in progress.

Late payment may result in pausing of work until the account is current.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information (including your company URL, named competitors, and access to materials like sales call recordings, where an engagement requires it) and to respond to approval requests within the timelines set in your engagement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any claims you ask us to publish or submit to third-party sources on your behalf.

Intellectual property

You own the content and data specific to your business that we produce for you (reports, prompt matrices, briefs). GeoCited retains ownership of its own methodology, measurement software, and any general-purpose materials not specific to your engagement.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform under these terms, except where disclosure is required by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AI systems such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude are operated by third parties outside GeoCited's control, and their behavior can change at any time. See our Disclaimer page for more on what we can and cannot guarantee.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoCited's total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding three months, and GeoCited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable order form, including the Day-30 Kill Switch available on the Default Program during its first 30 days. Fees paid for work already delivered are non-refundable except where a specific guarantee states otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.

Changes to these terms

These terms were last updated July 19, 2026. We'll update the effective date above if we make material changes, and continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
