Jumpfactor vs Pronto Marketing: An Honest Comparison for MSPs

Jumpfactor works only with MSPs (managed service providers), IT firms and cyber firms. It publishes no prices. You learn the cost on a sales call. Pronto Marketing is a WordPress agency for many industries, MSPs included. It lists its prices online and runs month to month. Both now sell AI search work. Neither publishes the method behind its AI search reports.

Jumpfactor serves only MSPs and publishes no prices. Pronto Marketing serves many industries and lists prices on a 30-day contract. Here is how they compare.

What is the one difference that matters most?

It's how you buy.

With Pronto, you can see the price before you talk to anyone. You can also leave after 30 days. With Jumpfactor, you book a call first. You learn the price and the terms on that call.

Pronto sells building blocks you can price yourself. Jumpfactor sells one MSP growth program. Neither model is wrong. They suit different owners.

What is Jumpfactor?

Jumpfactor calls itself an MSP marketing agency. Its site says it serves MSPs, MSSPs and cybersecurity firms. An MSSP is a managed security service provider. Its FAQ puts it plainly: "We're not generalists."

Its about page lists an office in North York, Ontario, Canada. It says it has 105+ full-time staff in North America, India and the Philippines. It names Zamir Javer as CEO. It gives no founding year. Its Clutch and G2 profiles both say 2009.

Jumpfactor sells SEO, paid ads, content, email, web design and branding. It also sells lead generation. Its site says it "offers a guaranteed lead flow program." The guarantee depends on "your investment level, service capacity, and market competitiveness." The site does not define the terms.

What is Pronto Marketing?

Pronto describes itself as a "full-service WordPress agency." It builds, maintains and promotes websites for small and mid-size firms. MSP and IT is one of eight industries on its site. Others include law, construction and medical.

Its about page says Cory and Derek Brown founded it in Seattle in 2008. It lists offices in Thailand and the Philippines. It says it has 100+ staff. Its Clutch profile lists Bangkok as headquarters.

Pronto's MSP page sells local SEO, Google Ads, blogs and link building to MSPs.

What does each one cost?

Jumpfactor pricing

Jumpfactor publishes no prices. Its pricing buttons say "Request Pricing." They lead to a form, not a price list. Its content marketing pricing page also shows no numbers.

Clutch gives two clues. Jumpfactor's Clutch profile lists a $5,000+ minimum project. It lists an hourly rate of $100 to $149. Jumpfactor supplies these figures to Clutch itself. Treat them as a floor, not a quote.

Pronto Marketing pricing

Pronto's pricing page lists every plan. WordPress support costs $99, $299 or $799 a month. Paying yearly drops those to $89, $269 and $719. A new website costs $4,500 to $15,000+. An SEO and AI audit starts at $300.

Monthly SEO is harder to pin down. Pronto's MSP page and AI search page both say "from $1,099" a month. The main pricing page did not show that line on 23 September 2026. Our earlier read on 8 September showed it there. Ask them to confirm it in writing.

Both firms now sell work aimed at ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI answers.

Jumpfactor has a full page for it. It offers an AI visibility audit and schema work. Schema is code that tells machines what your page is about. It also promises "Brand Accuracy Monitoring." Its reports track "AI citations, AI Overview presence, rankings and leads." It says every result ties to MRR, your monthly recurring revenue.

Jumpfactor also says it earns citations "through the CloudSecureTech media network." CloudSecureTech is a large MSP directory. Its site does not say who owns it. Ask Jumpfactor what that relationship is. Get the answer before you sign.

Pronto folds AI work into its normal SEO plans. It writes "answer-first" blog posts. It adds schema. It names ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Mode. It says it tracks citations and traffic. It names no tool and no method.

Here is the gap in both. AI answers change from one run to the next. A single screenshot proves nothing. A real check asks the same question many times and reports a ratio. Neither firm publishes how many times it asks, or which questions. Nobody can guarantee a spot in ChatGPT. Neither firm claims it can. That's a good sign.

Where do their own numbers not match?

Both sites repeat big numbers. Some don't agree with each other. I'm not saying either firm is dishonest. Sites grow over years. Old pages drift.

Jumpfactor's homepage says "1,000+ Page 1 rankings." Its AI search page says "43,000+ page 1 Google rankings." Its homepage says "36,000+" MSP leads. Its about page says 36,777.

Pronto's MSP page says "over 2,500+ MSP clients." The same page later says "Join Over 1,000 Happy MSPs." Its homepage says 3,540+ websites. Its about page says 3,840+. Link building costs "from $900" a month on its MSP page. It costs "from $1,000" on its pricing page.

Ask each firm which number is current. A good firm will answer that in one line.

Who is each one right for?

Pick Jumpfactor if:

  • You want a firm that serves only MSPs and cyber firms.
  • Your main goal is booked sales meetings, not a nicer website.
  • You have a real budget. Clutch lists a $5,000+ minimum project.
  • You're fine learning the price on a sales call.
  • You want reports tied to pipeline and MRR.

Pick Pronto Marketing if:

  • You want to see prices before any call.
  • You don't want a long contract. Pronto runs on 30-day terms.
  • Your site runs on WordPress and needs steady care.
  • You want to start small, from $99 a month.
  • You're fine with an agency that serves many industries.

Pick neither yet if:

You don't know where you stand today. Run a simple test first. Ask ChatGPT and Perplexity the questions your buyers ask. Ask each one five times. Write down how often your name comes up. Now you have a baseline to judge any agency against.

What should you ask on the first call?

  1. What exact questions will you track in AI tools?
  2. How many times do you run each question per report?
  3. What does the guarantee cover, in writing? (Jumpfactor)
  4. Is monthly SEO still $1,099, and what's in it? (Pronto)
  5. What is the contract length and the exit notice?
  6. Can I speak to two MSP clients from the last year?
